Cancellation Policy

In-Person Events

You may request a full refund for in-person event cancellations if:

  • you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the event’s start date, or;
  • you cancel your registration within 24 hours after payment, or;
  • the event is canceled for any reason.

You may request a credit voucher for the full amount you paid if you cancel your registration 15-30 days before the event’s start date.

You may request a credit voucher for 50% of the amount you paid if you cancel your registration 24 hours to 15 days before the event’s start date. If you cancel your registration less than 24 hours before the event starts, no credit will be offered.

 

Online Events

You may request a full refund for online event cancellations if:

  • you cancel your registration more than 7 days before the event’s start date, or;
  • you cancel your registration within 24 hours after payment or;
  • the event is canceled for any reason.

You may request a credit voucher for the full amount you paid if you cancel your registration 24 hours to 7 days before the event’s start date. If you cancel your registration less than 24 hours before the event starts, no credit will be offered.
